Forrest Lawn in Glendale, ca is the home of the largest painting of the crucifixion and resurrection in the world. When this painting was found it was brought to Forrest Lawn and a beautiful auditorium was built (1951) to house and present this art work with a narrated program. This location, along with others, within Forrest Lawn have been the destination of many Latter-Day Saint events including: day long multi-stake youth conferences, YSA/family ward activities, and firesides. We will be meeting at the auditorium center Saturday morning and there we will hear from a special guest speaker then view the Presentation. Following the presentation the museum tour director will have an exclusive tour of rarely seen sculpture and stain glass art. This will be a very unique experience and hope all will attend.
